My First (Finished) Modern

I am really loving sharing in blog land, it keeps me motivated to finish! Speaking of finishes; I sewed up the binding on my first modern and I so want to share it with everyone!

    So beautiful. I love the colours and the design. Your quilting is perfect, too - it doesn't take away from the simplicity of the squares. LOVE IT!

    Yay for polka dot binding! I think I use dots for pretty much all my binding! Beautiful quilt!

    Hi! I was just browsing your blog and wanted to comment on practically everything (b/c it all looks so amazing!), but I had to stop here and leave a big comment because this quilt is just incredible. I saw something like this for a sewing machine cozy and I'm trying to work up the nerve. You tackled such a bigger-sized project and it turned out so beautifully. I'm in awe. :)
